Terms of Service
These are the terms for using AdmittedGPT. They’re written to be readable: the important parts are that we give guidance, not guarantees; your work stays yours; and you can cancel any time. Last updated September 30, 2026.
Agreeing to these terms
By creating an account or using AdmittedGPT (“the service”), you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the service.
Who can use it
You must be at least 13. If you’re under 18, you should use AdmittedGPT with a parent or guardian’s knowledge, and a parent or guardian must agree to these terms and make any purchase on your behalf. You’re responsible for the accuracy of what you enter and for keeping your password to yourself. One person per account.
Guidance, not guarantees
AdmittedGPT provides informational guidance and is not affiliated with or endorsed by any college or university. Admissions outcomes cannot be guaranteed.
The likelihood figures, categories (Likely, Target, Reach, High Reach), plans and matches in AdmittedGPT are estimates. They come from a model that compares the information you give us with published admissions data. They don’t see your essays’ reception, recommendations, interviews, an institution’s priorities or the strength of a given year’s applicants, and they can be wrong. AI-written feedback can be wrong too. Colleges and scholarship sponsors set their own requirements and deadlines: always confirm them with the source before you rely on them. AdmittedGPT is not legal, financial or professional advice.
Your content stays yours
You own your essays, records and everything else you put into AdmittedGPT. You give us permission to store it and process it for the sole purpose of running the service for you, including sending it to the AI provider described in the Privacy Policy to produce the feedback you ask for. We don’t claim ownership of it, and we don’t use it to train AI models.
Feedback from AdmittedGPT is meant to help you improve your own writing. Colleges expect the work you submit to be your own, and many have rules about AI. You’re responsible for what you submit to any college or scholarship.
Using the service properly
Please don’t:
- use it for anything unlawful, or to upload someone else’s records without their permission;
- try to break, probe or bypass its security, limits or paywall;
- copy or scrape it, or use bots or automation to access it, or resell it;
- share your account, or put a heavy load on the service or its AI features.
Some features have daily limits so the service stays fast and affordable for everyone.
Free preview and subscriptions
You can create an account free of charge and look around: build your profile, write your essays, see your strength chart and keep up to three colleges. The full service (odds and plans for every college, essay feedback, scholarships, the AI counselor and more) needs a paid plan:
- Monthly: $19.99 a month.
- Yearly: $50 a year, billed once.
Prices are in US dollars and taxes may apply. Plans renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. Payment is processed by Stripe, using the card you provide. You can cancel, change plan or update your card any time in Settings → Manage billing. When you cancel, your access continues until the end of the period you’ve paid for and you won’t be charged again. We may change prices for future periods and will tell you in advance.
All payments are final. We don’t give refunds, including for unused time on a plan, except where the law requires otherwise. To stop future charges, cancel any time: you keep access until the end of the period you’ve already paid for. If you think you were charged in error, write to admittedgpt@gmail.com.
Our content and other people’s names
The software, design and the way information is organized in AdmittedGPT belong to us. College names, logos and marks belong to their owners and appear only to identify the schools you’re researching; their use doesn’t mean any school endorses AdmittedGPT. Admissions statistics come from public sources such as the U.S. Department of Education’s College Scorecard and from schools’ own published information.
Changes and availability
We keep improving AdmittedGPT, so features can change, move or be retired, and the service can be unavailable at times. We’ll give notice of changes that meaningfully affect what you’ve paid for.
Ending your account
You can delete your account whenever you like from Settings; that removes your data and ends any subscription. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put the service or other people at risk.
Warranty and liability
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without promises that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or that it will produce any particular result, including admission to any college or receipt of any scholarship. To the fullest extent the law allows, we’re not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liability that the law doesn’t allow to be limited.
Disagreements and changes to these terms
If something goes wrong, please contact us first at admittedgpt@gmail.com; most problems can be sorted out quickly. We may update these terms; if a change matters, we’ll update the date above and tell you in the app or by email before it applies. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the updated terms.
